Sell your home, property or timeshare on eBay. For one flat fee, our real estate listing service is designed to bring interested buyers to your auction listing.

iSold It of Southwest Florida is proud and excited to offer you a simple way to sell your real estate on eBay. Our simple process combined with a flat service fee (no commissions!) makes it extremely easy and affordable. Why sell your home or property through the newspaper when you can put it in front of millions of prospective buyers?

iSold it of Southwest Florida Real Estate Fees

What you get:
iSold will professionally photograph (25-40 photos) your location, prepare the eBay auction and post the auction to your account.*

How it works:

• Set-up an appointment for photography. Make sure your home is clean inside & out. We will need access to the home for approx. 1 hour.
• After the photos are complete, we will edit the photos and prepare your listing.
• Once your listing is complete we will post it in your eBay account and schedule the start time.
• While the listing is live the seller is responsible for maintaining a qualified eBay selling account.*
• The seller will need to be available to answer questions via email and by phone and possibly schedule showings for the home. The seller is also responsible for keeping track of contacts and finalizing the sale with the buyer either through eBay or outside of eBay.

iSold It fees:
These fees will be collected by iSold It of Southwest Florida before the photography process begins.

eBay fees:
The eBay account owner will be responsible for any eBay fees.

* We cannot be held responsible for suspended eBay accounts. The account owner must take these issues up with eBay, if and when they arise, to resolve the matter.
